I grew up in the dental field. My experience began with odd jobs around the practice. I often found myself venturing to the scary basement for old charts, cleaning the office (yes, even cleaning those old, gross amalgam traps). I have experience as a sterilization tech, assistant and working in the front office. I loved working in the dental office and understand your world. My favorite part was the bonds I made with patients, and watching their families grow. My love for building relationships is well suited for being your Professional Relations Representative. Now I have the ability to connect with dentists and their teams. As dental benefit information can get confusing, I am here to help.

I spent over 10 years managing dental practices. This experience helped me become well versed in dental office management, customer service and other aspects of a dental practice. In my time at Delta Dental of Washington, I've become an expert on dental benefits. I love sharing my knowledge and building relationships with dentists and their staff. Originally from Alabama, I thrive on southern hospitality. My goal is to help you be successful when working with us, and to share a southern bell smile every time I work with you.

My 17 years in the dental field started as a dental assistant. I then made my way to the front office as an Insurance Coordinator and worked as a Dental Office Manager. The many roles I had in a dental office gave me a vast understanding of a dental practice. I enjoyed working in the dental office, and absolutely adored building relationships with the patients and their families. Building relationships with dentists, and their staff, is my favorite part about my role at Delta Dental. I can’t wait to meet with you and answer any questions you may have, and help you find ways to make working with us even easier.

My love for teeth began as a high school student in Casper, Wyoming. My family dentist asked me to join his practice, he was left handed and needed a part-time assistant (who was also left handed) that he could train. As an assistant, I enjoyed working with amalgam capsules and handing instruments to the doctor. I fell in love with dentistry and being part of a team. I eventually moved to Coeur d’ Alene where my career path changed, and I started working in customer service at Delta Dental of Washington. In my 7 years at Delta Dental, I’ve learned about dental benefits and joined our clinical review team to review x-rays and documentation. My experience, and curious personality, helps me provide answers and training to our Member Dentists as a Professional Relations Representative.
